Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1-3 business days. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day. During peak periods such as festival season or sale events, processing may take slightly longer, but we will make every effort to ship your order as quickly as possible.
Shipping Rates
- Free Shipping on all orders above ₹1,999.
- Standard Shipping: A flat rate of ₹99 applies to orders below ₹1,999.
Delivery Time
Delivery times may vary depending on your location. Typically, orders are delivered within the following timeframes:
- Metro Cities: 5-7 business days
- Tier 2 & Tier 3 Cities: 7-10 business days
- Remote Areas: 10-14 business days
Please note that delays may occur due to high demand during the festive season or unforeseen circumstances like weather conditions or courier disruptions.
Order Tracking
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email and SMS, allowing you to track your shipment in real time. You can also track your order from the Track Your Order page on our website.

We work with trusted logistics partners to ensure your order is delivered safely and on time. Our shipping partners include Delhivery, BlueDart, and India Post depending on your location and pin code.
Undelivered / Returned Shipments
If a shipment is returned to us due to an incorrect address, failed delivery attempts, or refusal to accept the package, we will contact you to arrange a re-shipment. Additional shipping charges may apply for re-dispatch.
